After you have your tickets, hotel and flight for the 2008 NCAA Final Four in San Antonio, make sure you know how to get around the city. Explore the streets of San Antonio via streetcars or take leisurely strolls through the River Walk.

Getting Around Downtown Downtown travel is a breeze on the VIA Streetcar, an open air, authentic reproduction of a rail streetcar which traveled the streets of San Antonio more than 50 years ago. Four streetcar routes to downtown locations, including the Alamo, the Spanish Governor's Palace, La Villita, Sunset Station, the Southwest School of Art and Craft, the Institute of Texan Cultures, the King William Historic Distric area and downtown shopping. There is convenient access to all routes from the downtown streetcar station on Convention Plaza. Fares - $1.00.
Visitors may purchase a convenient One day Pass ($3.75) available at all VIA Information Centers or online at http://www.viainfo.net/ . VIA's Downtown Information Center (260 East Houston) is open six days a week, Monday - Friday 7 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Other Information Centers are located at Crossroads mall, Randolph Park & Ride and Ingram Transit Center.
